Celebrate Easter in New York's Capital City and throughout Albany County with Easter brunches, charming egg hunts and Easter dinners. The little ones will be pleased to meet the Easter Bunny too. Here are some of the best things to do in Albany to celebrate Easter.
Through April 8, the Easter Bunny is available for photos on the lower level of the mall near Macy's. Pets must be leashed or in a carrier at all times. Reservations are available for photos, but not required. They will be closed on Easter Day however.
Looking to dine at home? Pre-order a complete Easter meal to-go from The Century House, a landmark destination in Latham. Order a half or whole bone-in ham, half or whole prime rib, short ribs for two or peachy pork tenderloin for two complete with rosemary roasted potatoes, garlic butter green beans, spring salad, rolls and butter and a strawberry cake.
Hop on over to Crossgates for a photo with the Easter Bunny on April 9. This year, Maggie McFly's will be hosting the Easter Bunny. You can find The Easter Bunny in his home at Bunny Land, located on the lower level across from APEX Entertainment till April 8.
Sadly, the Easter Brunch Buffet is sold-out. But, celebrate Easter with special dinner instead. Mr. D's Restaurant & Lounge is taking reservations for Easter Dinner. from 12:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The menu for the breakfast and brunch is curated by Executive Chef Michael St. John C.E.C.
Opt for an Easter Dinner at Home package. Orders close on April 6. Choose from Glazed Ham, Roast Loin of Pork, Prime Rib of Beef, or Roast Turkey. All packages serve up to 10 people and range from $380 to $450. They have the option of pick-up or delivery, for a fee.
