A new Hyatt Place hotel will open in 2015 at Cross County Shopping Center, Yonkers. A 138-room Hilton Garden Inn will be built as part of the new Rivertowns Square mixed-use retail development in Dobbs Ferry. The $17 million, 83,000-square-foot hotel will be built above a 127,000-square-foot retail space, located just off the Saw Mill River Parkway at 35 Livingston Street.
