The Empire State Plaza Farmers Market is a lunchtime destination in downtown Albany. Held outdoors on Wednesdays from May through mid-October, the Empire State Plaza fills with vendors offering an array of produce, cheeses, baked goods, plants, craft beverages and more! Food trucks line the northeast corner of the Plaza near the Egg Performing Arts Center serving up delicious eats from crepes, to tacos, to empanadas, to burgers. Plus through August 3, enjoy live music during the farmers market with the Lunchtime at the Plaza Music Series. Wednesdays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. 

 

Colonie Farmers' Market

The Colonie Farmers' Market is a summer staple in the Town of Colonie. Held on Saturdays through September 24 at The Crossings, the market has over 40 vendors showcasing a wide range of products. Browse vendors selling fresh produce, flowers and plants, baked goods, prepared foods, meats, craft beverages and more. After checking out the farmers market, walk along the park's winding trails or bring your kids to the playground. Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

 

Washington Park Farmer's Market

The Washington Park Farmer's Market is on Saturdays in July, August and September. Vendors set up along Washington Park's Knox Street Mall underneath a sweeping canopy of trees. Browse a variety of vendors from local farmers to small businesses from the surrounding community. The farmers market caps off the season with an annual Harvest Festival on the first Saturday in October featuring live music and plenty of pumpkins. Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

 

Delmar Farmers Market

Held outdoors on Saturdays from May through October, the Delmar Farmers Market features an average of 60 to 70 local farms, food vendors and artisans on a weekly basis. Held on Sundays from July through the first weekend in October, the farmer's market is moving to a new location at the Guilderland Public Library. The farmer's market boasts a wide array of vendors from bread bakers, to crafters, to mushroom forgers, to distillers. Sundays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

 

Capital District Regional Market

The Capital District Regional Market features wholesale produce from a variety of local vendors. The wholesaler tenants are open to sell to the public. These wholesalers are Black Horse Produce, California Produce, and Esposito's Flower and Produce. Prays Farmer Market is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday. They’re in Menands from 6AM to 1PM (hours subject to change depending on weather and product availability), May 1st through October, every day except for Sunday.
