2019 Wild Wing Festival to benefit Gooseneck Hill Waterfowl Sanctuary

This is your last chance to see the birds until 2020!  Gooseneck Hill Waterfowl Sanctuary, thelargest covered waterfowl Sanctuary in the world is having The Wild Wing Festival on Sunday August 25th from 12-5pm at the Sanctuary at 5067 Townline Road, Delevan, NY 14042.

Admission is $5.  The 10' Rubber Duck is coming back for a visit as well!  Guided Bird tours will be given throughout the day and are $2 for each tour.  Food will be available and provided by The Colden Mill Restaurant.  Price of food ranges from $2-5.  For $2: Cupcakes, Potato Salad or Coleslaw with a sandwich.  For $3: Sahlen's Hot Dog, Giant Cookie, Potato Salad, Coleslaw.  For $4: BBQ Chicken, Sausage Patty Sandwich.  For $5: Ribs, Pulled Pork, 2 Sahlen's Hot Dogs.  For $1: Pop or Bottled Water.

Enjoy music by the "Hick Ups".  The Hick Ups are a Bluegrass and Country band from The Southern Tier of Western New York.  The band mixes traditional bluegrass, Old Country and Rock songs into an enjoyable, fun format.  Whether it be Johnny Cash or Hank Williams, Flatt and Scruggs, or hicked up Rolling Stones or Bangles tunes, the band serves up audience friendly, good-time music.

Gooseneck Hill does not receive any government funding or grants. They have 700 endangered and protected ducks, geese and swans from all over the world. All the birds can fly this 5 acre sanctuary. This is the last time you will be able to see the birds this year.  Come and support them.
