The Afrikan Poetry Theatre's 40th Kwanzaa Festival

The Afrikan Poetry Theatre celebrates 40 years of providing the Jamaica Queens community with it's annual Kwanzaa Festival. From humble beginings to the fabolous extravaganza that you will witness this Dec. 30th, 2017, when we bring Culture to Amazura Concert Hall.

With 8 hours of continous entertainment, that include:

E.S.O.T.A /Devore Dance/ Keya Dance/ Elite Marching Band/ Urban Poets Movement /Queens Free Expression Zeke Jaye feat. Quay/ Keith Husdon Tribute/ Rosedale Jets Tribute /The Golden Dancerettes/ United African Dance Group /Lyrical Faith /Messiah Ramsikoon and much more.

There will be craft vendors and traditional African, Soul,Carribbean and Vegan Cuisine. A Fruit, Toy and Book giveaway for the children. Kwanzaa Face Painting and Candle Lighting Ceremony. Special Celebrity guest to be announced
