Black History Month Screening: 12 Years A Slave

Adapted from the 1853 slave narrative memoir under the same name, the 2013 film received critical claim. The Lewis Latimer House Museum is screening it for free in celebration of Black History Month.

Space is limited, please RSVP in advance. Ticket sales start at noon on January 11.

The 2019 Race and Immigration Film Series is supported, in part, by public funds from the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs in partnership with the City Council.
