What a weekend! Come out and join us for the 25th Anniversary parade, as well as all of the other activities, in 2017! If you thought 2016 was a great year for Mardi Gras in Ellicottville, just wait! We are putting together a GREAT time for all of the family. Come out and join the reinvigorated Ellicottville Mardi Gras scene!
Friday night (March 10) will feature a Junior Bacchus Ball with a King and Queen pageant. Tickets will be available as well as a menu, but there will be a limited amount of tickets. The Ellicottville Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce that we are growing the Bacchus Ball on Friday, March 10! In it’s second year as a part of the Winter Carnival Weekend featuring the Mardi Gras Parade, the Ball is the place to usher in the King and Queen for the weekend.
This year’s Bacchus Ball will be held at Madigan’s, in the upstairs area, from 7 to 9 p.m. Your ticket ($30 presale, $40 the week of and at the door) will get you into the private gala. While the menu is in the finalization stages, we can promise you a great night of New Orleans-style food and a great night of fun as only Madigan’s can do! Get tickets here.
The annual parade will be on Saturday. Floats for the parade must follow the theme of Where we have been and where we are going in Ellicottville. All floats must be approved by the committee. For more information, and an application, check out the Chamber website at www.ellicottvilleny.com. The Family Friendly Parade is open to everyone and anyone, but you have to register first! Download your Parade Float Application Here! This is a first come, first-served basis with a committee approval process. ALL FLOATS MUST BE PREREGISTERED AND APPROVED!
The Village merchants will decorate the village windows! Come down and say goodbye to the winter season with us at the Ellicottville Mardi Gras and Winter Carnival Weekend at Holiday Valley!
