"Julmarknad" Swedish Market Day at Jamestown Community College

"Julmarknad" Swedish Market Day at Jamestown Community College: Free and open to the public.  Over 15 vendors offering Swedish items.  In addition, enjoy folk dancing, live Swedish music, door prizes, Lingonberry drink and coffee.

Additional sites will be located around Jamestown such as Ecklof Bakery, Peterson Farm, Wegman's, Country Woods Country Store and Antiques and other sites to be named which also offer refreshments and door prizes through the afternoon.  Where else but in the USA but Jamestown is there such an opportunity to get ready for a Swedish Christmas.

In addition, there are two additional meals to be served this day.  A Julbord (Swedish Christmas Food) dinner will be served at Jamestown Community College at 12 Noon for a $7 donation.  In the evening, the Tree of Life Lutheran Community offers a homemade korv dinner with homemade rye bread and pies for $10 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 556 E 2nd St, Jamestown, NY- settings at 4:30, 5:30 and 6:30 for reservations 716-488-1555.
