Celebrate Maple Sugar Tours and maple sugaring season with the Sugaring Off Celebration & Sugar Bush Tours! Opening day (March 4) special events include crafts, games, Native American story telling around the campfire and tours. Other dates are just open for tours. Take a one-mile guided sugar bush tour through field and forest to the Sugar Shack at 11am, 1pm & 2pm. Maple Lane Tours offered at 12pm & 3pm are perfect for little legs, a short walk from the farmhouse to the new Sugar Shack after a tour of the sugar maple stand. Maple products and hot chocolate available for purchase. Please wear boots and dress warmly.

About the Hudson Highlands Nature Museum: Established in 1959, the Museum has grown into a leading provider of nature education experiences in the Hudson Valley. Its mission is to develop responsible caretakers of the natural world through its special focus on environmental education. It uses its living collections of native animals, natural habitats and trails to present a wide variety of programs for people of all ages at its two locations.
