Sweet Bee's Honey Festival & Artisan Market

Sweet Bee's Honey Festival & Artisan Market will "Celebrate the Bee" with tastings & sales of a wide variety of local, regional and international honeys, as well as chocolates, baked goods, specialty foods, craft beverages (meads, wines, spirits, ciders, etc.) and much more from over 80 vendor booths. Handmade crafts will also be available.

Tickets to Sweet Bee's Honey Festival include admission to the Cradle of Aviation's extensive air & space exhibits plus showings of "Backyard Wilderness" in the JetBlue Airways Planetarium, chef demos, interactive children's activities and presentations about bees and beekeeping.

Sweet Bee's Honey Festival is a Baum Image Group Event, and participating organizations include the Cradle of Aviation Museum, Long Island Children's Museum, Friends of the Hempstead Plains, Old Westbury Gardens, Cornell Cooperative Extension, Long Island Beekeepers Club, the Girl Scouts of Nassau County, the Harry Chapin Food Bank of Long Island Cares and Mamaroneck High School, which has New York State's first school-based beekeeping program.
