Yoga at the Botanical Gardens

Embrace the natural setting, peace and calm found in these beautiful gardens as you meditate and practice yoga with certified instructor Leanne Oldenbrook. Gentle Hatha Yoga: 5:30pm; Gentle Power Flow Yoga/Pilates: 7:00 p.m.

Find balance both mentally and physically at yoga held inside the Botanical Gardens. These sessions are led by Leanne Oldenbrook owner of Oasis Yoga and Wellness and yoga instructor for 12 years. Gentle Hatha Yoga consists of gentle stretches designed to increase flexibility and strength. This class is suitable for all levels but especially students with injuries or limitations. Gentle Power Flow Yoga, features relaxation, stretching and some Pilate’s postures introduced to build strength and endurance, this class is designed for those looking for a more dynamic workout.
